SERVICES BOUGHT FROM DESTINYSHERPAS

Any services bought from the destinysherpas store come along with there own prerequisites and conditions mentioned in the product description, please read these carefully before purchasing.

 

BOOKING SERVICE FOR SHERPAS SERVICES

Booking a run with us meaning you accepted the mutually agreed upon time when we start the service(s), if you can not commit to that time and there is no means of rescheduling by you within seven days then the service or services are considered being completed.

 

RECOVERY SERVICES

Before purchasing any recovery service please turn off your 2-step verification temporarily, if you have it on! This saves us and you a lot of time connecting back and forth with each other. How to turn off 2-step verification?

When one of our sherpas securely connects to your account in a mutually agreed upon time frame to complete the service(s), you or anyone else signing us out during this time frame which in result affects our input time then we consider the service(s) being completed. Also it is generally smart if you change your password beforehand to a simple temporarily password until the service is completed and any harm that is conflicted to you account progress is fully covered by us with the agreed upon time frame.

Do not share your e-mail or your password with any third party members and/or associates of destinysherpas, basically if anyone requested your password other then an official destiny sherpa, we are not responsible for any damage that is done to your account.

Official destiny sherpas are sherpas that have an e-mail account associated with us in the form of: name@destinysherpas.net – if they give out or mention there ID, or Gamertags on any platform you can trust them as an official destiny sherpa from destinysherpas.net

 

REFUND POLICY

Eligible for a refund: service(s) not completed in time or at all, service(s) not attended by the agreed upon time, purchased service(s) wrongly and overpaid and any form of intentionally being talked down by our sherpa(s).

Not eligible for a refund: service(s) completed within the time, booking service(s) with us and not being on time, signing us out in the middle of service(s) which affected our input time (assuming we established a time frame mutually) and service(s) being considered completed within our specific service prerequisites or conditions.
